Nutrition education classes with information to make sustainable health & wellness lifestyle changes.  Including gut health, microbiome, and mental health connection including anxiety & depression.

Stress management is very important for overall physical, mental, and emotional well being.  We will have both sitting & walking meditation instruction as well as other stress management techniques.

Doctor Consultation Meeting

Metabolic education & doctor visit

One on one consultation with a Metabolic physician (labs for an additional fee) as well as a group Metabolic education class with the doctor.  Good metabolic health can add years to your life. It also means a lower risk of chronic health issues, better weight management, improved mood, and decreased anxiety and depression, to name a few benefits.

Hormone Education & doctor visit

One on one consultation with a Naturopathic physician (labs for an  additional fee) as well as a group Hormone education class with the doctor.  Optimizing hormone health can have a profound impact on overall health and well-being.  Including balancing your levels, regulating body functions, and improving fluctuations in mood & weight.

Herbal education

This will be an engaging and interactive herbal class!  You will learn about herbal remedies and the power of herbs as an alternative to medications that have a multitude of negative side effects or reliance.  Herbs address the root cause of a condition.

We will go to a local grocery store for meal planning, label reading education & more!  As we walk the isles you will have a greater understanding of ingredients for your meals & will be able to ask questions too!

Prepared Meals

Meal Prep

We will be pairing up into small groups to meal prep in your kitchen so that your meals for the week are quick and easy.  Each of you will choose a recipe and then you will prep them together.  This not only maximizes your menu but also saves you time and effort compared to prepping individually. 

Hands on
cooking classes

You will prepare a meal that we will all eat together as a group at NoCo community kitchen.  We will all prepare the food, cook the food & eat together.  You will go home with the recipes too!  These will be fun, interactive & delicious!

Treatment

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch.  Reiki assists in healing your body, mind, emotions and spirit.  It releases stored trauma in the body whether it was physical, mental or emotional.

Physical activity can be more enjoyable when shared with others.  Group hikes, walks in nature, or simply enjoying a stroll with your dogs combine exercise with fun, boosting mood, fitness, and connection with others.
